Two customers were promised the same cart.
AriaFlow refuses the second booking. Not with a warning someone can click past — the database itself will not store two rentals of one cart over the same dates.
A cart came back scratched and nobody can prove it left clean.
The cart's condition is recorded at checkout and again at return, side by side on one screen, each against the staff member who wrote it.
You cannot say how much is owed to you right now.
Outstanding balances are on the dashboard, per rental and per customer, updated as payments land.
Deposits get counted as income, then have to come back out.
A deposit is held, never counted as revenue, and returned at the end of the rental. Your revenue figure is revenue.
A cart needing repair went out anyway.
Send it to maintenance at the moment of return and it cannot be rented again until someone says the work is done.
You do not know which staff member voided that payment.
Every action records who did it. Nothing is deleted — a void keeps the payment, the reason and the name.

What it does not do yet
Worth saying plainly, so nothing is a surprise after you have moved your business onto it. AriaFlow has no online booking for your customers, no automatic reminders by WhatsApp or email, no card processing, and no GPS tracking. It is the system your staff use at the counter.
